Keshet Cave in Adamit Park

Keshet Cave is a natural wonder in the popular Adamit Park. It is on the Adamit Mountain Range a few kilometers from Rosh HaNikra and not that far from the Lebanese border. Although in the Upper Galilee, it is included in this section because of its proximity to Rosh HaNikra.

There is a paved pathway with railings to the cave from the parking lot. This is wheelchair accessible. It is an easy 10-minute or so walk to the cave. There are also other non-paved trails within the park.

Keshet cave is a fairly shallow cave in which the roof of the cave collapsed, other than its rim, and the rim has remained as an archway. Through this large gap is framed the green hills of the Upper Galilee and Nahal Bezet. It is possible to walk on the archway, and there are railings along it.

The cave is also used for rappelling and there is a hook in the archway. One returns to the top of the cave via a path from the bottom of the cave.
